FIELD: glass production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at the production of glass-crystal materials and products of them of different shapes and sizes with high physical and mechanical indicators, such as high compression and bending strength limits, low density, high acid resistance, low water absorption, abrasion. Charge for the production of glass-crystal material consists of TPP ash slag or blast furnace slag and corrective additives and, at the same time, contains, wt.pt. per 100 kg of glass mass: slag 50.55-77.35, quartz sand 31.07-43.17, potash 1.79-7.15, burnt magnesia 0.00-1.19, alumina 0.00-9.77, calcinated soda 1.27-4.21, manganese oxide 0.00-0.189, as well as at least one component of a group: sodium silicofluoride 3.2-5.29, zirconium dioxide 0.50-0.70, zinc oxide 0.70-1.80, titanium dioxide 0.77-1.13. Slag has the following chemical composition, wt.%: SiO2 30.56-45.30, Al2O3 6.37-14.93, CaO 30.29-43.90, MnO 0.053-1.90, MgO 4.87-9.64, TiO2 0.19-1.00, as well as it may additionally contain oxides of iron, sodium, potassium, sulfur, phosphorus, zinc, chromium, boron and others. For the production of glass-crystal material, a charge melt is obtained, products are molded, and crystallization is carried out in two stages: the first one with exposure at a temperature of 600-680°C, and the second one with exposure at 950-990°C.
EFFECT: use in the production of a significant volume of TPP ash slags or blast furnace slags will allow for expansion of a base of resources and raw materials and reduction in harmful effect of technogenic waste on the environment by their recycling.
