FIELD: chemistry of polymers, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric composition for frictional designation. Frictional polymeric composition comprises the following components, wt.-%: a binding agent chosen from the group of high-molecular unsaturated hydrocarbon rubbers: a mixture of SKD and SKD-3 with addition of industrial oil I-20, 10.0-13.0; fibrous asbestos-free filling agent wollastonite, 50.0-55.0; inorganic modifying barite, 19.0-25.0; frictional modifying agent graphite, 2.0-4.0. As a vulcanizing group the composition comprises the following components, wt.-%: sulfur, 3.0-4.0; Captax, 0.2-0.5; thiuram, 1.2-1.7; zinc oxide, 0.3-0.7. The composition comprises additionally technical carbon, 1.5-1.9 wt.-% and a binder modifying agent chosen from the group of diacids: ortho-phthalic, isophthalic and terephthalic acids, 0.1-5.0 wt.-%. Proposed frictional polymeric composition provides stability of friction coefficient of articles made of its base and to decrease evolution of hazard substances, in particular, phenol to environment in molding articles. Invention can be used in manufacturing brake shoes and brake linings in transport facilities and other mechanical objects.
