CHARGE TO APPLY THERMO-GAS-HYDRAULIC ACTION TO WELL BORE ZONE OF OIL RESERVOIR Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC E21B43/263

Abstract RU 2275501 C2

FIELD: oil production, particularly means adapted to apply action to well bore zone.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises combustion unit, charge sections formed of compositions providing burning in aqueous, water-oil and acid media and rigging including members for charge sections assemblage. The rigging passes through central channel of each section and made as composite rod. Streamlined centralizing cones and deflector for gas flow diverting are connected to both rod ends. The deflector is arranged between lower centralizing cone and charge section. Spring arranged between upper cone and charge sections is also provided. Sections are tightened one to another due to force fitting of charge sections, which have cylindrical extensions on lower ends and corresponding depressions on upper ends thereof. Charge section surfaces are provided with protective coatings. Central charge sections have different surface contours and are assembled in different ways to provide charge section burning pressure equal to 1.5-1.7 mine pressure and monotonic pressure increase and decrease.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of well bore treatment, retaining casing pipe and cement stone integrity, possibility to secure cracks with burning products, drilling mud and protective charge coating particles.
