FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: electric furnace comprises water-cooled cylindrical housing with inner heat insulation and two detachable water-cooled lids, heating member with the electric power supply system, device for mounting the objects to be annealed and discharging vapor, water-cooled unit for collecting condensed components, and branch pipe for pumping out. The heating member is barrel-shaped. The device for mounting the object to be appealed and discharging vapor is made of a stack of plate members with the central opening in the bottom and vertical outer walls provided with setting projections. The branch pipe for pumping out is water-cooled and provided with the tank for collecting condensed moisture and connected with the adsorption columns arranged in series. The inner space of the columns is filled with a material possessing selective adsorption of noncondensing gas components.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of heat treatment.
