FIELD: device may be used for measuring average frequency of pulses, coming from detector of nuclear radiations.
SUBSTANCE: device has normalizer, generating standard charge portions, and charge integrator. Integrator has transistor, connected by circuit to common base. Emitter of transistor is input of integrator, and collector is connected to integrating capacity and first input of adder. Second input of adder is connected to base of second transistor to grounded emitter. Base of second transistor via resistor is connected to direct voltage source. Through second transistor stable shift current flows. In the adder shift current of second transistor compensates output signal component of first transistor, depending on reverse current of collector of first transistor and temperature.
EFFECT: device allows measuring frequency of pulses of nuclear radiations detector, alternating in broad range, with low temperature error.
