FIELD: forestry, in particular, methods for growing of plant material of coniferous and foliar kinds of trees.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting top parts of seedlings, in particular, two-year aged common oak or common pine seedlings, at 11-13 cm height. For common oak, cutting procedure is carried out during second decade of June, and for common pine during first decade of July.
EFFECT: improved quality of seedlings grown in seedling nursery.
