SUBSTANCE: one should separate a flap with adjacent visceral peritoneum of intestinal mesentery, apply a deserosed intestinal section into the channel developed, intestinal section should be fixed. In peculiar case, the sizes of visceral peritoneal flap should be chosen depending upon the size of affected intestinal section. The innovation enables to create favorable conditions for regeneration of peritoneal mesothelium, provide prophylaxis of adhesions due to complete covering of affected intestinal surface and, moreover, it prevents bonding deserosed surfaces together.
