FIELD: mechanical engineering; designs of the container-mixers and the packing devices for at-site production and application of the plastic foam.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the designs of the container-mixer and the packing device used for at-site production and application of plastic foam. The invention The container-mixer consists of the several hermetic chambers containing the reaction components for production of the plastic foam mass at their mechanical mixing. At least one of the chambers is made shape-stable. Chamber are connected by the removable septum hermetically connected along the perimeter with the housing of the container-mixer with the strength of the connection link allowing to separate the septum from the housing with the help of the mechanical stirrer. Or the chambers are separated by the removable septum made in the form of the collapsible part of the shape-unstable resilient chamber and the opening mechanical clamp located on the septum. One of the chambers contains the hermetic cover having the hole for the hermetic passage of the arbor of the stationary mechanical stirrer, or the chamber has the possibility having possibility to remove the cover from the housing of the container-mixer to arrange the entry and exit of the mechanical stirrer. One of the chambers contains the second removable septum forming at its removal the channel for withdrawal of the plastic foam mass. The packing device includes the indicated container-mixer and a packing packet with the holes for the gas exit and containing the clasp for the forming and closing the hole used for injection through it of the foramen for injection in it of the foaming mass prepared in the container-mixer. The container-mixer ensures production of plastic foams of the various chemical composition, is simple in manufacture, reliable and safe.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of plastic foams of the various chemical composition, is simple in manufacture, reliable and safe.
