FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods and devices of the manual mixing of the components for manufacture of the product directly on the site of its usage.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of the manual mixing of the components for manufacture of the end product directly on the site of its usage and the design of the film sectional container-mixer for this method realization. The method provides for the manual commixing of the components for manufacture of the product on the site of its application in the film container-mixer sectioned for these components storage by means of the hermetic partition by the repeated manual action in the form of shaking on the common chamber of commixing formed by removal of the hermetic partition. The components mixing is exercised by the multiple intensive shaking or of agitation of the content of the common chamber, which has the temporary rigidity or the stability of the shape, the temporal maximum internal volume and is filled along with the components also with the inert or active gas under the excessive pressure taken in the volume from 0.1 up to 1.0 share from the total volume of the mixed together components. The invention includes the film container-mixer used for realization of the method. The film container-mixer used for manufacture of the product from the multicomponent system consists of the film sections connected through the hermetic partition and containing the components for production of the end product by their commixing in the common chamber after removal of the hermetic partition, and the tool for extraction of the product. One section of the film container-mixer contains the inert or active gas taken in the volume from 0.1 up to 1.0 from the total volume of the mixed together components, which provides to the common chamber the temporary maximum internal volume, the necessary temporary hardness or the shape stability and the temporary free volume at the moment of shaking of its contents. The film container-mixer contains the part of its body for formation of the feeder into the common chamber of the inert or active gas from the outside. The film container-mixer contains the tool for extraction of the product from the container-mixer, which simultaneously is used for feeding of the of the inert or active gas into the common chamber from the outside. The invention allows to reduce the time of stirring, to raise the level of homogenization and the quality of the end product.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the time of stirring, the raised level of homogenization and the quality of the end product.
