FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: film reactor-extruder consists of tight film chambers connected by means of detachable partitions, in which initial components are contained for production of porous substance with specified profile. Reactor comprises auxiliary volume, and total volume of container, which it may accept, is equal or more than at least volume of foam mass produced in it. In order to discharge foam mass from reactor with specified profile, it comprises discharge channel in the form of shaping draw plate. In order to intensify manual action at technological process in common chamber of reactor, it comprises additional chambers with gasifying substances, which give required shape stability to common chamber. In order to give barrier properties to film reactor and/or discharge of foam mass from it by pressure of gas medium, reactor is arranged as "sleeve in sleeve". External barrier sleeve covers internal film sleeve with film chambers installed in it, and comprises additional chambers in its end with gasifying substances.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to use porous substances that differ in chemical composition, porous structure and profile.
