FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of curable rubber compound based on acrylate rubbers used in fabrication of sealing rubber goods suited to be operated in contact with variable motor oils at temperatures to 150°C. Rubber compound is prepared by mixing acrylate rubber with components of compound. Consecutively added are: sodium or zinc stearate, stearic acid (release agent) and curing agent, namely 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane dispersed with sodium chloride in dioctyl phthalate, quaternary ammonium base, and, if necessary, mineral filler, carbon black, antioxidant, plasticizer, sulfur or magnesium oxide.
EFFECT: reduced relative residual compaction deformation with preserved stability of technological properties of rubber compound and cured products on storage and in processing.
