FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a vulcanisable butadiene-nitrile rubber based adhesive composition which is processed by pressure casting to make rubber sealing components for hydraulic and pneumatic devices. The vulcanisable rubber mixture contains the following, pts.wt: butadiene-nitrile rubber - 90-99, acrylic rubber - 1-10, sulphur - 0.1-1.0, zinc oxide - 3-10, technical carbon - 60-120, stearic acid - 0.5-2.0, tetramethylthiuram disulphide - 1-4, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzthiazolyl suphenamide - 1-2, quaternary ammonium salt - 0.1-2.0, metal stearate - 0.1-2.0, N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-n-phenylenediamine - 1.0-1.5, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline - 1-2, plasticiser - 5-20, and a process additive - 0.5-4.0.
EFFECT: disclosed rubber mixture increases resistance to accumulation of residual compressive deformations during thermal ageing while preserving elastic properties of the mixture, reduces viscosity in order to make sealing components by pressure casting.
