FIELD: electroplating processes, possibly preparation of complex electrolytes and solutions for electrochemical and chemical copper plating, nickel plating, cobalt plating, zinc plating.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparing complex electrolytes and solutions containing anions of 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid as ligands comprises steps of diluting in water compounds being sources of metal cations and compound being source of anion of 1-hydroxyethan-1,1-diphosphonic acid; using as sources of metal cations and of anion of above mentioned acid bis(1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonates(1-)) of metals selected of copper, nickel, cobalt and(or) zinc. Invention provides possibility for preparing complex phosphonate electrolytes and solutions of predetermined content and concentration without undesired impurities.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method, enlarged range of known processes for preparing electrolytes and solutions for applying coatings of metals and alloys.
