FIELD: mining, namely coal mining, particularly equipment to apply action to coal bed.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with cavity filled with working agent and adapted for initiating means arrangement. Cup with orifices is secured in body interior. Upper end of the body is provided with head having discharge nozzles. Piston is movably installed in the head. The cup and piston are connected with each other by breakable member. Device is additionally provided with flange secured to rear body end. The flange has channels to supply liquid under pressure to outer body surface. The channels communicate each other. The head is provided with annular channel. Body and head may communicate with annular channel and exhaust nozzles of the head by piston movement in axial head direction.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of coal bed treatment to improve safety of preparation and second works due to increased intensity and fullness of coal bed degassing and reduced gas content and gust formation in mines, as well as reduced gas accumulation in mine, or bed weakening.
