FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention makes it possible to create diaphragm carburetor of simplified design providing reliable operation of internal combustion engine at on load. Diaphragm carburetor for internal combustion engine contains body with main air channel accommodating choke valve and throttle valve, fuel feed regulator in form of diaphragm forming fuel chamber together with body connected to fuel feed channel accommodating valve at channel output and lever, main metering system with check valve and idling system communicated with fuel chamber of fuel feed regulator. Area of hale of idling system fuel channel is 2.5-2.7 of area of idling system air hole.
EFFECT: provision of diaphragm carburetor of simplified design for reliable operation of internal combustion engine idling.
