FIELD: pipelines systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve regulating liquid flow in pipeline. Proposed actuator valve has housing divided by through hole into first and second sections and provided with axle. Sections are connected with pipe through valve upper and lower in direction of flow. Pressure chamber is made coaxially with through hole of valve and it communicates with second section of valve housing. Plunger is installed for displacement in pressure chamber and is provided with gate to regulate valve through section when engaging with through hole of valve. Axial hole in plunger is connected with at least one first channel opening in first section of valve housing or close to first section and with least one second channel opening is second section of valve housing. Positioning rod is made for displacement in valve housing. One end of rod is made for displacement in axial hole of plunger, and second end comes out of valve housing. Valve has connecting channel in positioning rod, one end of which communicates with pressure chamber and other end communicates with at least one first channel of plunger is first position of rod relative to plunger, and at least with one second channel of plunger in second position, and in third position it does not communicate with any of said channels.
