Proposed ointment comprises ephthylline-base for ointment, a statin wherein lescol (fluvastatin) is used as statin, and ephthylline comprises 40% of ephthiderm. Invention provides enhancing the curative effect and hypolipidemic effect and effects on enzymatic systems of biological membranes that results to prolongation of curative effect of ointment.
