FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles which can run by road and rail. Proposed vehicle has body with power plant installed on chassis with front steerable and rear twin driving wheels. Steerable wheels are of twin design also. Plate-type flexible spring-loaded metal disk with different thickness of separate sections over generatrix and flexible air bottle in contact with said metal disk are placed in space between disk of wheels of each pair for combined rotation with disks. Profile of metal disk is adequate to profile of outer surface of rail head to play part of wheel flange making it possible to operate on track when said flexible air bottle is under excess pressure or running along different roads and offroads under no excess pressure.

EFFECT: enlarges operating capability of vehicles (automobiles) with possibility of running along roads, off-roads and rail tracks.
