FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns polymer composition providing reliability and long period of running repaired sections of pipelines comparable to those in defectless pipelines. Composition is constituted by, wt parts: epoxide dian resin 100; aliphatic epoxide resin 35-75; oligoether-cyclocarbonates with weight portion of cyclocarbonate groups 18 to 29, 5-40; powder filler 40-200, amine hardener 55-90, and plasticizer 7-30, said powder filler being a mixture of mineral silicate-containing powders with metallic powders at ratio between 100:4 and 100:20 and said amine hardener being a mixture of (A) and (E) products at ratio between 80:20 and 60:40. Product (A) is prepared by reacting amine (B) with salicylic acid (B) and plasticizer (D), which is oxygen-containing compound from polyol group, weight ratio (B):(C):(D) ranging from 72:1.5:26.5 to 40;9;51. Product (E) is prepared via condensation of phenol, formaldehyde, and aliphatic amine. Invention improves physico-mechanical properties of polymer composition cured at temperatures 4-5°C and 20°C such as bend strength, tensile strength, and elongation, increases adhesion for steel, reduces shrinkage, viscosity, and temperature of exothermic reaction, and also increases time of the beginning of exothermic reaction.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of polymer composition.
