FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold hardening polymeric compositions based on epoxydiane resins, hardening agents and powder filling agents. Composition comprises epoxydiane resin, hardening agent and powder filling agent wherein resin part of composition comprises additionally epoxynovolacs resin EN-6 or UP-643 and diluting agent: DEG-1, TEG-1, UP-604, dodecane glycidyl ester, trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ester TGE TMP, laprols, aliphatic and aromatic alcohols; hardening agent comprises aliphatic polyamine (A) and acid (B): carboxylic acid, benzenesulfoacid, toluenesulfoacid. The definite ratio of components provides the attainment of high strength indices for 24 h at hardening point beginning from +5 C, absence of shrinkage in hardening process, retains low viscosity in its pumping process by pumps to gap between tube of oil pipeline or gas pipeline and sleeve. This provides safety in exploitation of repair composite in defect site of pipeline. Invention can be used in repair of oil pipelines and gas pipelines being both under summer and winter conditions using metallic sleeves and as casting compounds in electronics, electronic engineering, building and for other purposes.
