FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology to isolate enzymes out of biological raw material. According to the present innovation in the course of extracting enzyme-containing raw material with liquid extracting agent one should periodically decrease the pressure in extraction mixture up to the value to provide extracting agent's boiling up followed by the increase up to initial value. Then it is necessary to separate liquid phase to isolate the target product by the well-known techniques. The innovation enables to reduce specific energy expenses due to optimizing the conditions for cell culture destruction of raw material under extraction and increase the output of the target product due to reducing irreversible losses.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
