FIELD: cluster ammunition that can be used in single bomb clusters,
in aircraft pods, cluster warheads of rockets; in particular, in cluster concrete-piercing ammunition designed for destruction of area high-strength targets, for example, airfield runways.
SUBSTANCE: the concrete-piercing ammunition has a parachute compartment and a warhead with a base fuse connected to a jet engine by means of an adapter consisting of a bush in the form of a sleeve and a lock linked with the arming pin of the base fuse, the bush on the side of the outer side surface is connected to the body of the jet engine, and on the side of the inner surface - to the warhead body.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of action of the cluster-pod system both due to the increase of the indices of the specific efficiency and piercing ability of the warhead and due to the enhanced reliability of and due to the enhanced reliability of action and simplified construction of the concrete-piercing ammunition.
