FIELD: the invention refers to the field of testing durable properties of materials and designed for definition of module of elasticity.
SUBSTANCE: the mode of definition of a module of elasticity is in using a monocrystal of a metal in the shape of a thread whose period of a crystal grate is measured by roentgen structural method according to the formula: E=Q1Q2/(4πε0r2a0 2), where Q1=Q2=e=1,6*10-19, C - a magnitude of interacting charges; π =3,14;ε0 =8.85* 10-12 C2/nm2- electrical constant; r -distance between interactive charges(depending from a0 and direction of slipping along the surface of slipping); a0 - period of the crystal grate; module of elasticity is computed for crystallographic directions [ E100], [110], [111], that is with taking into consideration of anisotropia deferring by the fact that module of elasticity for polycrystalline state of the same metal is calculated according to the formula: at first approximation as an average arithmetic, specifically, Epcg= (E100 + E111)/3, with taken into consideration the surfaces of slipping with utmost ct packing of atoms for facet centric crystal grate Epcg =(E100 + E111)/2, with taken into consideration of slipping surfaces with more packing of atoms for volume centric grate Epcg=(E100+E110)/2.
EFFECT: expansion of functional possibilities, reduction of labor consumption at the expense of forecasting mechanical properties of material with calculations according to the formula.
