FIELD: testing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: lattice spacing of the monocrystal is determined using an X-ray diffraction method. There is preliminary estimation of the dependence of the change in the lattice spacing of the monocrystal on temperature. The modulus of elasticity is then calculated using a formula.
EFFECT: more functional capabilities, registration of temperature change, lower labour intensiveness.
