FIELD: devices to accommodate, compact store and distribute unit loads, for instance cars and containers, particularly buildings for parking cars, rolling-stock, aircraft, vessels, or like vehicles, for instance garages.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises load-bearing structure composed of two parallel towers. Towers comprise cells grouped in overlapped horizontal rows and provided with pair of longitudinal support-and-guiding horizontal members transversal to horizontal rows. Vertical structure with movable platform is arranged between the towers. The platform has pair of longitudinal support-and-guiding members, unit load support means and hydraulic cylinder. Vertical structure includes two gantries, vertical post arranged between the gantries and partition secured in upper gantry parts. Support-and-guiding members are fastened to each movable platform base. Ridge support member carts are installed in the support-and-guiding members. Ridge support members are fastened to frames. Support-and-guiding members with protective profiled sheets and members (cells) for cementing and fixing thereof relatively support-and-guiding members of movable platforms are secured in each cell base.

EFFECT: increased storage space along with increased land area.
