SUBSTANCE: device comprises body installed in flow string and provided with central longitudinal and radial channels divided with valve. The channels are communicated correspondingly with hole annuity and flow string interior. The device comprises releasable rod arranged in body and provided with head from one rod side and with connection threaded tip for valve receiving made as piston with sealing rings installed in the cylinder. The body is provided with plug located from releasable rod head side and with radial discharge orifices and with piston travel limiter, which are arranged from piston side. The body is also provided with removable cylinder for piston receiving. The cylinder has bottom and radial discharge orifices. Damping means are installed on cylinder bottom. Cylinder bottom and damping means are provided with central technological orifice.
EFFECT: increased reliability and maintainability, increased operational convenience.
