SUBSTANCE: cyclonic heat-exchanging member comprises ring and central passages that are defined by inner and outer pipes plugged from one end and connected to the branch pipes for supplying and discharging air. The branch pipe for supplying air is mounted on the outer pipe tangentially. The inner pipe is shifted along the radius from the axis of the outer pipe in the direction opposite to the direction of inflowing of the high-temperature gas to the heating member.

EFFECT: intensified heat exchange.
