FIELD: the invention refers to refrigerator technological equipment for freezing food products at their contact with low temperature air.
SUBSTANCE: the apparatus provides rational distribution of air for creation symmetrical conditions for freezing, reducing durability of the process of freezing, reducing capital expenditures, and also for conservation quality of food products. The apparatus has a heat insulating chamber with transporting member element for freezing products and air distributing arrangement , fulfilled in the shape of two air conduits of box shape , mounted parallel along both sides of the transporting member element and converging in the direction of the product, joined between themselves with a bent dipole collector, connected to the main pipeline. Each air conduit has a located longitudinally in its volume a rod with pivotally fixed transversal plates of bended form for passage of cooled air out of the refrigerating apparatus.
EFFECT: due to minimal distance between the ceiling of the chamber and the upper branch of the transporting member element making up from 100 till 110 mm, and also due to transversal forced air cooling of the product on the transporting element, duration of the process of freezing reduces 30-35%, at that drying loss is excluded.
