FIELD: the apparatus refers to refrigerating technological equipment for freezing small-scale products(berries, fruits, vegetables) in dense weighted air flow.
SUBSTANCE: the apparatus creates conditions for quick freezing in weighted condition of food products due to using fluidization effect. The apparatus has a heat insulating chamber with a transporting member element for freezing products which is formed by three modules, the first module of fluidizing freezing has an air distributor in whose low part there are nozzles with plates for distributing the incoming flow of air of low temperature through expansion channel out of the refrigerating aggregate which includes a turbo-expander which regulates the speed and the temperature of air flows(in intervals from 8 till 12 m/s and from -600 till -1200C correspondingly) depending on the mass of the product which is placed on the transporting member element. The second module freezes products and the third module of additional freezing strengthens and levels the temperature of the products with the aid of bended ceiling element and has a channel for withdrawing of exhausted air.
EFFECT: the apparatus allows to avoid adhesion of the products on the transporting member element, reduces energy consumption, at that drying loss of weight is excluded and the shape and quality of the products improves.
