FIELD: measurement engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for calibration within wide range of measured values. Device has controlled dc voltage source, electrostatic kilo-voltmeter, switches, reference high-voltage dc voltage divider made in form of dry elements battery for switch off part of dry elements and for change in its division factor. Division factors of reference and calibrated high-voltage dividers are determined by means of two-row voltage comparator. Terminals of first row of comparator are connected with output arm of reference high-voltage dc divider made in form dry elements battery and terminals of the second row are connected with output arm of calibrated high-voltage dc voltage divider.

EFFECT: improved precision.
