SYSTEM FOR DETECTING LOCATION AND DISPATCHING MOBILE AMBULANCE BRIGADES Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC G08G1/123

Abstract RU 2278418 C2

FIELD: medicinal equipment engineering, namely, engineering of devices and systems for providing remote control over movement of ambulances, possible use in public health care institutions.

SUBSTANCE: system contains satellites of navigational system, relay station with receiving-transmitting antenna, mounted in central portion of city, dispatching station, ambulances, stationary equipment, mounted in specialized medical institutions. Dispatching station contains receiving antenna, receiving-transmitting antenna, receiver of GPS signals, radio station, mating block, computer, display and documentation device. Onboard complex of each ambulance contains receiving antenna, transmitting-receiving antenna, receiver of GPS signals, radio station, mating block, central microprocessor unit, indicators of additional information, a display unit. Stationary equipment of specialized medical institutions contains transmitting-receiving antenna, radio station, mating block and central microprocessor unit. Also disclosed are realizations of GPS signals receiver and radio station.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of remote control from dispatching station over current geographical position and condition of ambulance vehicles fleet, and also increased reliability and trustworthiness of discontinuous and analog message exchange between dispatchers, drivers and brigades of ambulances and doctors of hospitals and polyclinics.
