SUBSTANCE: device contains first and second generators, valve, first and second transmitting antennae, unit of isolation of quadrature components of Doppler signal, receiving antenna, filtration unit, processing unit, first and second devisors, first and second balance mixers, phase 90° rotator, first and second preliminary amplifiers of Doppler frequency, unit of signal phase isolation, logic unit of signal phase analysis, unit of isolation of respiratory rate signal, unit of "respiratory" component removal, unit of pulse signal isolation, registration unit, amplitude modulator, phase manipulator, creator of modulating code and power amplifier. Receiving equipment of cardiologic centre contains receiving antenna, high frequency amplifier, oscillator, mixer, amplifier of intermediate frequency, limiting amplifier, synchronous detector, universal demodulator of PSK signals, first and second multipliers, narrow-band filter, filter of low frequencies and registration unit.

EFFECT: extension of functional possibilities of method and device by telecomputing arterial pulse and respiratory rate of examined patient to cardiologic centre.
