FIELD: engineering of systems for transmitting streams of information to receiver.
SUBSTANCE: system performs access to one or several providers of information services to receive appropriate information signals. System contains input buffers, meant for recording portions of information streams, digital broadcasting transmitter, meant for broadcasting transmission of content of input buffers in form of transmission packets, receiver of digital broadcasting transmission, meant for receiving transmission packets for recording in input buffer of receiver, and applications processor, meant for transformation of transmission packets to information stream of transmission. Receiver of digital broadcasting transmission is synchronized with broadcasting transmissions of transmitter to make it possible to disable power between selected transmission packets.
EFFECT: broadcasting data transfer resources are used for transmission and receipt functions.
