SUBSTANCE: fan comprises elongated section of hollow housing through which the axial line of frame passes and which receives electric motor of the fan and heating member and has front end and back end. The section of the housing that represents the handle has longitudinal axial line that passes virtually transverse to the direction of the elongated section of the housing and along the axial line of the frame of this section. The power source is provided with flat support. The corresponding axial line of its frame passes through the longitudinal axis line of the handle and is at same strait line as the axial line of the frame of the hollow elongated section of the housing.
