SUBSTANCE: one should detect pulse and motor wave in small intestine at discreteness being 40 min and more. If the amplitude of motor wave is equal or above 3.3 mm and pulse wave is equal or above 2.2 mm one should conclude upon serous peritonitis. If motor wave's value ranges 1.5-3.2 mm and pulse wave value - 1.1-2.1 mm it is possible to state upon purulent peritonitis.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
