FIELD: instrument making industry; methods of manufacture of the ferroelectric coatings.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of instrument making industry, in particular, to the method of manufacture of the ferroelectric coatings on the current-conducting surfaces. The method includes the electrophoretic deposition, sintering and drying. At that the ferroelectric charge before loading is first sintered and then it is milled and loading into the electrolyte. At that between the substrate and the particles of the powder arrange the micro-arc electric discharges at the current density within the range from 2 up to 60 A/dm. Besides apply the electrolytes with density of the ferroelectric powder from 10 up to 800 g/l, and the ferroelectric coating is formed on the electroconductive fusible materials. The technical result of the invention is the possibility to form the ferroelectric coating on the articles of the complex form and profile, the absence of the limitations on the mass-dimension factors of an articles, the possibility to use the low melting temperature materials in the capacity of the substrates.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the possibility to form the ferroelectric coatings on the articles of the complex form and profile, elimination of the limitations on the articles mass-dimension factors, the opportunity to use the low-temperature melting materials in the capacity of the substrates.
