FIELD: testing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: bench comprises chute with soil, frame with guides for moving strain-gage carriage with working member provided with the mechanism for vertical movement with respect to the chute. Bench is additionally provided with the block for braking the strain-gage carriage provided with the working member made of load-bearing platforms oppositely mounted in the sides of the chute. The platforms are connected with the base by means of pivotally interconnected crossing levers whose one ends are mounted in the guides and secured to the load-bearing platform and base and other ends are pivotally connected with the base. The drive for moving the load-bearing platform is mounted on the base. Each load-bearing platform is provided with side shields mounted at the ends of the platform.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of testing.
