Device is provided with unit of appliances for soil cultivation and facilities for soil packing and displacement arranged on hubs of rotor mounted for turning around horizontal axis for installation of this or that appliance needed for operation. Rotor is positioned on chute with soil with the aid of bearing carriage and secured additionally to bearing carriage frame by means of lock. EFFECT: higher test results. 3 cl, 6 dwg
