STAND FOR CARRYING OUT ACCELERATED TESTS OF SOIL WORKING TOOLS Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; test stands. SUBSTANCE: stand has frame, soil chute mechanically connected with drive, bracket for fastening working tools to be tested, device for soil levelling and compacting. Soil chute is made in the form of corrugated cylinder with wide base and vertical wall. Chute has drive in the form of lantern gear train. Ring tyres with rollers inbetween are placed on outer vertical wall of corrugated cylinder. Pair of drive sprockets of lantern gear train are installed on vertical shafts in diametric plane of soil chute. Soil chute has framework and it is installed between pairs of diametrically spaced radial supports and uniformly spaced horizontal supports arranged under soil chute base. Bracket intended for fastening the working tools to be tested is installed along diameter of chute and is made in the form of U-shaped beam and grips for working tool to be tested installed for movement along beam and is furnished with device for levelling and compacting of soil.
