FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has multi-joint rod with supporting surface and coupling rod allowing plug-type connection to the rod. The rod is bendable in plane running in parallel to supporting surface, opening for thread to pass, plug-type connection ends and threaded reach-through holes. The threaded holes are arranged in perpendicular to the supporting surface. The rod is bendable into ring or ellipse to allow its positioning along back surface of the anterior abdominal wall. The coupling rods are tubes having their distal ends threaded to make screw connection with the rod, having rings allowing plug-type connection to external lift mechanism on the proximal end and illuminators mounted inside for illuminating abdominal cavity organs.
EFFECT: increased supporting surface area; improved illumination conditions; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
