FIELD: medicine, endoscopic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: in case of laparoscopic access one should place tissues under removal into a container, lance large intestine in its tenial part, introduce a catheter into abdominal cavity and intestinal wound through a trocar to move it along large intestine till evacuation through anus. At catheter's proximal end it is necessary to make one or several holders-loops to fix containers with tissues, insert a container's collum into a holder-loop and tighten two ends of ligature coming from the loop followed by tightening a knot. As for catheter, it should be pulled into abdominal cavity and intestinal cavity by its distal end, intestinal wound should be closed, catheter and containers should be moved intestinally due to pulling by its distal end to be removed. The innovation enables to decrease traumatism at removing tissues out of abdominal cavity at laparoscopic access.
