FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has stiletto 1 with surface adapted to bushing, conical operating end 3 and central through channel 2 with needle 4 installed in it. Needle 4 is capable of longitudinal motion for application of pneumoperitoneum. Channel has narrowed part 5 at the end with at least one hole 6 coupling the hollow of needle 4 made as channel 7 with external medium. End narrowing 5 of needle 4 is provided with ball 9 and is made as lugs 10 joined with their ends and serving as walls of at least one hole 6 coupling the hollow of needle 4 with external medium. Joined ends of lugs 10 are coupled to ball 9. EFFECT: improved interaction of device with tissues being operated; minimized injuries to vessels and tissues. 4 dwg
