FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; methods of application of the coatings on the bands by the electrostatic oiling devices.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the method of application of the coating on the band by the electrostatic oiling device and may be used in the devices of the electrostatic oiling. The technical result of the invention consists of improvement of reliability of the electrostatic oiling device operation and formation of the justified depth of the oil on the steel sections, that leads to the economic effect and to the increase of the indexes of the technical level and the product quality of the ferrous industry - the bands. According to the method the coating is exercised by the electrostatic oiling device containing the oil-trapping bath, the insulators, the similarly charged electrodes defining the form of the electrical field, the electric equipment with the high-voltage unit and the control unit and the beam with the nozzle for sputtering the process oil. The body of the nozzle has the preventing oil dripping sealed section of the production oil heating loop, the production oil loop section, consisting at least of two coupled channels for distribution of the oil along the length of the beam and the channel with the narrow preset clearance adjoining to the oil sputtering edge. The body of the nozzle consists of two metallic sections fixed to each other by the rows of the fastening components, including a row of the fastening components containing the means for setting and adjusting of the given clearance of the channel. At that the means of the setting and adjusting of the given clearance contain, at least, one pusher tool rested on the support mounted in the metallic section or between the metallic sections there is at least one detail made out of the soft metal with a capability to set or to adjust the size of the narrow preset clearance of the channel by reducing the detail thickness at the plastic deformation by action of the means of setting and adjusting; or the preventing oil dripping sealed section of the production oil heating loop is formed by the metallic sections, or the two coupled channels for distribution of the oil along the length of the beam are separated one from another by the section of the channel with the narrow clearance, or on the section of the channel with the narrow preset clearance adjusting to the oil sputtering edge, there is at least one localized spreading of the channel along the channel with the function of the channel for additional distribution of the oil along the length of the beam.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of reliability of the electrostatic oiling device operation, formation of the justified depth of the oil layer on the steel sections, the increased economic effect, the technical level and the product - the bands - quality.
