FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of seats, particularly, to devices for vibration isolation of operator's seat. Proposed operator's seat of self-propelled machine has base, skeleton with cushion and brackets interconnected by guide arrangement in form of parallel relative to each other upper and lower pair of strips whose ends are hinge-connected on upper and lower brackets of base and seat skeleton, respectively. Shock absorbing device is made in form of spring suspension with swinging mechanism. Support member of shock-absorbing device is hinge-connected to upper bracket of seat skeleton. Swinging suspension is made in form of threaded rod connected with spherical washer on one of its ends and threaded bushing, also connected with spherical washer on one of its ends not coupled with threaded rod. Spherical washers engage with at least three balls located on conical surface of support members engaging with upper end face of spring and object to be vibration isolated. Elastomer buffer limiters are arranged in base. Distance "b" between axes of hinge joints of guide arrangement and distance "d" between axes of hinge joints in upper bracket of seat skeleton and axis of swinging suspension of shock-absorbing are in optimum ratio: b/d=2.5-3.5.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation in horizontal direction, simplified design and improved operating properties.
