FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of seats, particularly, to devices for vibration isolation of operator's seat. Proposed drivers' seat of agricultural machine has base, skeleton with cushion and backrest interconnected by lever guide arrangement, and shock-absorbing device. Switching suspension of shock-absorbing device is made in form of threaded stud connected by one end with support lever for fastening object to be vibration isolated, and by other end, with thrust washer and nut connected with bushing engaging with upper end face of spring. Lower end face of spring thrust against base consisting of upper and lower plates interconnected by vertical plates. Bushing made of composite friction material is secured on upper plate. Clearance between side surfaces of bushing and spring lies within optimum interval of values: 0.1-0.5 mm. Seat is furnished additionally with cushion and backrest heating device.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation in horizontal direction , simplified design and improved operating properties.
