FIELD: preparation of mortar for repair of furnace linings; protective coats for reactors for production of commercial carbon and other high-temperature coats.
SUBSTANCE: proposed phosphate binder used for production of high-melting compositions contains titanium dioxide, phosphoric acid and filler; used as filler is mullite-corundum mortar; binder contains also fireclay, boron-containing additive and scale of titanium blacksmith's process stages or grinding waste or metallic titanium cutting and welding slag or welding electrode slag and their coating, or fine titanium chips at the following ratio of components, mass-%: titanium dioxide, 8.3-11.8; phosphoric acid, 25.0-29.4; filler, 58.8-66.7. Composition of filler is formed at the following ratio of components, % of phosphate binder mass: titanium blacksmith's process stage scale or grinding waste or metallic titanium cutting and welding slag or welding electrode slag and their coating or fine titanium chips, 43.8-60.2; fireclay, 0.5-4.0; mullite-corundum mortar, 5.0-7.0, boron-containing additive in form of trivalent boric acid, 1.0-4.0.
EFFECT: increased working temperature of protective coat to 1800°C; enhanced wear resistance; increased service life of burners; low cost of production of fire-resistant composition.
