FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-proof industry and can be used for manufacturing of fire-proof heat-insulating materials and products of multifunctional purpose based on phosphate binding agents. Mass for manufacturing of fire-proof heat-insulating materials and products includes binding agent based on alumophosphates and charge in form of mixture of fire-proof filler, selected from group which includes chamotte, alumina, corundum, clayite, brick breakage, and one or two heat-insulating materials selected from group including inflated pearlite, inflated vermiculite with the following component ratio, wt %: charge - 35-85; phosphate suspension -15-65. As binding agent, it contains suspension based on alumoboronphosphate or alumochromphosphate binding agent with alumosilicate fire-proof filler with fraction 0.125-0 mm in amount 0.1-15% of suspension weight, with the following ratio of charge components: for mixture of fire-proof filler with pearlite weight parts constitute respectively 1.0 and 0.04-4.0; for mixture of fire-proof filler with vermiculite weight parts constitute respectively 1.0 and 0.05-2.5; for mixture of fire-proof filler with pearlite and vermiculite weight parts constitute respectively 1.0 - for filler, 3.95-0.05 - for pearlite, 0.05-2.45 - for vermiculite.

EFFECT: extension of nomenclature and increase of quality, reduction of heat conductivity of materials and products, ensuring required complex of their characteristics in service.
