FIELD: heat-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for heating system water and producing electric energy. According to proposed method, water steam from turbine is condensed in condenser by cold circulating water fed into condenser, then heated circulating water after condenser and system water getting form consumers are directed to evaporator of heat-pump plant for evaporating cooling agent. Leaks of system water are compensated by make-up water which is heated in condenser of heat-pump plant and are treated in water preparation plant. Heated circulating water is cooled in first stage of evaporator of heat-pump plant, and system water getting from consumers is cooled in second stage of evaporator of heat-pump plant. Make-up water is heated in first stage of condenser of heat-pump plant coupled with first stage of evaporator, and system water is heated successively in lower and upper system heaters of turbine and in second stage of condenser of heat-pump plant coupled with second stage of evaporator.
EFFECT: provision of economic operation of thermal power station.
