FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves condensation of turbine waste steam in a condenser. The main condensate of the turbine is heated in low pressure heaters by steam of regenerative extractions; delivery water is heated in system water heaters by steam of heating extractions of the turbine. A make-up water storage tank is connected to a vacuum deaerator of make-up water of the heat network; the main condensate of the turbine after the first low pressure heater in the condensate flow and before supply to the second low pressure heater in the condensate flow is cooled in a surface cooler by initial water before it is supplied to the vacuum deaerator of make-up water of the heat network. The whole flow of delivery water before system water heaters is additionally heated in the condenser of the heat pump plant.
EFFECT: improving reliability and economy of the thermal power plant due to effective use of heat of the heated circulating water for heating of delivery water, the result of which is additional generation of electric power at heat consumption.
