FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for heating system water and producing electric energy. According to proposed method, waste steam from turbine is condensed in condenser by cold circulating water delivered into condenser, heated circulating water after condenser and system water getting from consumers are directed to evaporator of heat-pump plant for evaporating cooling agent. Prior to delivering to consumers, system water is heated in lower and upper system heaters of turbine. System water is heated successively in lower heater of turbine, in first stage of condenser of heat-pump plant coupled with first stage of evaporator into which heated circulating water is delivered, in secured stage of condenser of heat-pump plant couplet with second stage of evaporator into which return system water is fed, and in upper system heater of turbine.
EFFECT: provision of economic operation of thermal power station.
